Kybella is the first and only FDA-approved injectable treatment that permanently destroys unwanted fat beneath the chin. Made with synthetic deoxycholic acid, Kybella targets and breaks down fat cells, which are then naturally eliminated by the body. Once treated, these fat cells cannot store fat again, providing long-lasting contouring results when a stable weight is maintained.
While Kybella is FDA-approved for treating submental fullness (double chin), it may also be used off-label in select patients to treat small, localized pockets of fat, including the jowls, bra bulge, inner knees, abdomen, and other areas as determined during your consultation.
